(Data privacy statement)

The protection of your personal data is of special importance to us. Consequently, we process your data exclusively on the basis of the relevant legal regulations (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (TKG) 2003). This data protection information provides you with information on the most important aspects concerning data processing in the context of our website.

Contacting us

When you contact us on the website or via email, we store your data for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for the eventuality of subsequent questions for a period of six months. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

Our website uses what are known as cookies. These are small text files which are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any harm.
We use cookies in order to arrange our offer in a user-friendly manner. Some cookies remain saved on your end device until you delete them. They make it possible for us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want this, you can configure your browser in such a way that it will inform you when cookies are to be set and you can allow this in individual cases.

Web analysis

Our website uses functions provided by the Google Analytics web analysis service. This uses cookies which enable analysis of the manner in which the website is used by its visitors. The information generated in this manner is transferred to the server of the service provider and is stored there.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser in such a way that no cookies are saved.
Your IP address is recorded, but it is promptly pseudonymized by deletion of the last 8 bits. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
The data processing is conducted on the basis of the legal provisions of Par. 96 Sec. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6(1) point (a) (Consent) and/or point (f) (Legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern in the terms of the GDPR (Legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our web presence. Because the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data are pseudonymized.

Your rights

You have the fundamental rights of information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in another manner, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
